Board Members

Garth Hendrickse - Executive Director
Garth has spent most of his career in the Employee Benefits, Collective Investment Schemes and Life Insurance Industries. He worked as a Manager in the Special Projects / Installations area of Alexander Forbes for a time before moving into the Information Systems area as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on the implementation of new administration platforms for the group. He then joined Momentum Life as a Business Analyst and Project Manger and was part of the team that took the Funds@Work project to market. He then joined the Retail Life Investment Products area of m Cubed Life and was involved in systems and product implementations. Garth has spent time in the Telecoms Industry implementing Telecoms Billing Solutions and product development. He joined Nextgen to head up the business development area and currently occupies most of his time in the field as the Practice Lead. He is hands on and ensures that the best practices according to Nextgen methodology is implemented and adhered to on all projects. He drives project strategy for all the NextGen Technology clients and is the custodian of NextGen methodologies. He has 10 years of experience in implementing Information Technology solutions for businesses.

Bodo Schwegler - Executive Director
Bodo matriculated at Damelin College after which he completed his Bachelors of Commerce degree at the University of the Witwatersrand.
He joined Ernst and Young where worked as a management consultant providing and implementing IT solutions to a variety of corporate and public sector clients. He joined Investec Bank as head of the Private Bank IT support division. He joined m Cubed Holdings as the Group IT manager and was appointed as director of Automated Outsourcing Services (AOS) a wholly owned subsidiary of m Cubed Holdings where he acted as CTO where he was responsible for the group strategy and architecture definition and implementation, IT related procurement, IT budget, the group infrastructure, support and operational management. He joined Nextgen and is responsible for the Financial, Compliance and operational divisions.

Privin Iyaloo - Sales Manager
Privin Iyaloo has more than 9 years sales experience in the IT Training industry. In 2000 he completed a National Diploma in MOS and was appointed as an Account Executive at New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Durban. He was later promoted to Senior Account Executive and Team leader. In February 2005 he moved to Gauteng where he assumed the role of Senior Account Executive with New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Johannesburg. He was then promoted to Team Leader mainly responsible for Team targets, motivating and training of sales team.
He joined NextGen Training Solutions in September 2006 as Senior Account Executive. His main function was Business Development and he was responsible for company marketing. After successfully growing the sales revenue and client base he was appointed as Sales Manager in 2009.
