NextGen is a South African BEE company with its head quarters in Sandown, Sandton. It was incorporated in 2005 with the aim of providing businesses across all industry sectors with professional services, technology solutions and skills development programmes tailored to meet their information technology challenges.

The NextGen Group was founded by a group of professionals from the financial services sector. Their vision was to create an organisation that companies could turn to for assistance with any information technology challenge. Their goal was to provide more holistic solutions to the information technology challenges companies faced.

The NextGen Group was constituted with this vision in mind and currently comprises of three primary entities:

  •   NextGen Training Solutions
  •   NextGen Human Capital
NextGen Technologies is a consulting practice with strong international alliances. As an organization, it brings a perfect blend of business knowledge and information technology skills coupled with an impeccable solution delivery methodology to its customers. It is a key solutions provider in the financial, telecommunications and services sectors. Over the years it has managed to create a core team whose focus is to deliver solutions on time, within budget and which meet the clients business requirements.

NextGen Technologies also offers a wide range of services and solutions around Information Security. It has the capability to offer consulting, training and implementation of standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL and COBIT. Its unique training offerings for information security professionals are recognized by the International Registry of Certified Auditors (IRCA) and for the first time in South Africa can provide a career path for Security Professionals.

NextGen Training with its state of the art training facility in Sandton is accredited by ISETT SETA. It has a seating capacity of 120 delegates in various class sizes and seating arrangements. It is a perfect training venue where qualified and friendly trainers provide excellent education in a relaxed environment. It offers training on most ICT technologies as well as soft skills and call centre training.

NextGen Human Capital is a registered labour broker and has established itself as a market leader in providing quality staff to organisations on either a permanent or contract basis. With the help of its international alliances it is able to provide scarce skills from overseas markets.

The NextGen Group has been specifically constructed to provide end to end solutions to customers for all their ICT requirements in both the operational and project based environments. We have ensured that within the group we have many complimentary facets to ensure that we can meet almost any ICT requirement a customer may have.
